I think he means how can he increase the quality of it ie make it messier. Well abviously adding something else which is messy to it will do that. Try mixing in chocolate mousse and extra thick yogurt and angel delight.

Richard

Despite my normally pedantic nature when it comes to spelling and grammar I found that when I 'skim' read that post that I could understand it without any difficulty at all!!

Attempting to answer the original question:

Custard is one of my favourites as well. The own brand packets are jolly cheap but I find it a bit cloying. Well it is when you have a gallon on your head. So I make it up with water, not milk. No sugar needed either.

But to add some extra gloopiness I add arrowroot. (Available in the baking section of your local supermarket). Its used in recipes as a thickening agent and has a starchy quality - think edible wallpaper paste without lumps.

If my memory serves me well I have used a 125g pot (about 75p) to a 8 pint batch of custard. Last time I added some choclate sauce for extra variety.

And it all just flushes away!

Although we've established it's 'quantity'.... I find that to increase the 'Quality' of a good custard just add a gorgeous WAM model!!!

And get the gorgeous WAM model to spit in it, that would certainly make it messier.

We've all been wondering that! Unfortunately all the lines to god are busy at present and Planet Stonecastle seems to be beyond the range of our hyperdrives!
