but there are so many folk about - all year - it's not a good sploshing venue

Hi, I'm in Glasgow too, can I recommend the west shore of loch Lyon? Hell of a trek to get to but some of the finest mud i've saw! I hiked in there to go fishing but its a 2 hour walk from the A82, definitely not for the faint hearted LOL!
