Most of our early bits of fun was with sweet stuff like custard, jam, syrup and angel delight. :D

We also found that cheap biscuits mushed in a bit of warm water turned out nicely gooey, slimy and with a bit of body to it. It all went down the plug hole okay as well. :)
Kind regards, Spinynorman and Frilly

Still messing about after all these years!

As well as any advice you may get here, there's more in our Practical Sploshing forum too.

i remember when I got my first house and did my first sploshing.
Easiest thing to do - cut two bin bags up to make plastic sheets, stick to kitchen floor and go for it. Afterwards scrape everyting off yourself onto the sheets, then carefully pull them up and place into third bin bag. Dump them in the outside bin. There should be a minimum amount of stuff on you - easy washed down the shower.
I bought value products in the local asda, custard, beans, rice pudding, semolina, tapioca, syrup and went for it - it was great you won't regret it!
