An Afternoon of Messy Pub Games anyone?

Hi

At the Birmingham Splunch (which seems ages ago now), it was suggested that people might be interested in an afternoon of silly messy games in the rather shabby garden of my local pub followed by a sort of mini-meet in the evening. Well, the pub are happy to do it, I don't mind arranging it, and subject to the weather it could be fun. The downside is that there is only a hose to get cleaned up with - apart from the sea which is just over the road)! Also tricky, since the pub has bands on on a Saturday, it would have to be Sunday if people wanted a weekend day. However there are plenty of cheap local B&Bs to stay in before or after if you require.

Anyway, just dipping a toe in the custard at this stage to gauge enthusiasm.

I've always wanted to take part in a messy game of some kind, so a whole afternoon of them would be awesome.

a great game, though its probably not possible in the pub garden is running backwards through knee high water, its easy to fall over !! and much fun,

how about a game of midget custard curling?, we will need, big slippery target and runway, some midgets, the rest is self explanitory
