im thinking about using paint to get messy but dont know which paint is best to use can someone please help as i want to do this tomorrow or sunday and i will post the pictures on here :D

Definitely go for childrens paint. Most supermarkets sell it and it makes a great mess whilst being safe.

Yes, definitely childrens paint. It's safe for the skin, no smell, cleans up easily even if some gets spilled in the wrong place. You can get it in squeezy plastic bottles, as Alan says in supermarkets, and places like Toys-r-us, W H Smith, Partners, etc.

Kids paint is normally OK but steer clear of blues and purples - they are the most likely to stain clothes and/or skin and/or hair!

Childrens poster paint mixed with shaving foam and water goes a long way and washes out easily
