Now Here's Something You Don't See in the Pub Every Day

Hi

Thought you might be amused by these pictures taken at the St Leonards Munch last night. Yes, this is held in my local boozer and no it isn't closed to the public which does occasionally lead to some odd looks from people popping in unaware of how tolerant a place it is.

I mention this cos I'd love to get more sploshers to come to this event. We could even have a bit of a pie fight out back (when it's warmer). As those who have seen Lily in the stocks on our blog know, the pub doesn't mind sploshing. And for those of you into being tied up or trampled on...you only have to ask!

This isn't fair. My local is full of miserable old men who move so little you have to wonder if they have actually expired or not. It's quite disconcerting!

Ropework and gorgeous ladies in latex is much more my thing :D

I only wish it wasn't two and a half hours away by train - just to get from Medway to Hastings! Makes it fairly impossible to get back without leaving really early :( Maybe when I get the car back!

There are also three cheap seafront B&Bs within 100 yards of the pub!

Couple of excellent pics there Bill. I'm really beginning to think I should move to London!

I have behaved quite badly in that pub myself but never been tied up, more's the pity!

On behalf of myself and all the other miserable old men who inhabit the pubs of this land, may I take issue with Ms C. Custard and the other loose women posters on this thread? With the extortionate cost of a pint of piss (or whatever passes for beer these days!) we might as well doze off and dream of the days when a pint of mild ale was about two bob, rather than pour todays stuff down our throats and puke it back up as seems to be the current practice!
