Death by splosh - no, really!

Postby rubberjin » 04 Nov 2010, 02:21

Morning all. I'm a long-time lurker, but I stumbled across this on Wikipedia today and just had to share:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molasses_disaster

I note molasses contribute to both alcohol and explosives, so covering the full gamut of (sticky) sex, booze, explosions, and death

not quite the same but when i did my huge splosh sessions i used off cuts of carpet over the plastic to make it really comfy
the next morning i heard some kids screeming to thier mum, "someones been murdered"
when i looked out, the rubbish bag with the soggy carpet had leaked reddy purple liquid
it was from coloured mash potato that i had used, a bucket of red and a bucket of blue
wam search words: Мокрая, ливень, alluvione

Exploding Molasses!

I have some in the cupboard for sploshing with, I had better use it up before it explodes then

On a serious note though, that disaster was a nasty thing to happen, and although I enjoy getting messy with molasses, drowning in it is not a nice thought.
We'll have to drink our way out of this
