Have spoken to the landlady of the pub tonight and she was happy with everything that happened and happy to host another one in the future so let's hope we can.

Great blog, great photos - you were busy on the night weren't you?
Check the time of Bill's latest post above, and ask yourself what time he left the pub !!

Since the pub is 100 yards away, it wasn't long before that. There was a group of us at the bar and, well, you know....

Re: When the Munch Got Messy...
Well hello All,
Having finally remembered my dratted password I thought I'd take a mo to pop by and say thanks for a great evening last week. Much fun was had and it's great to be able to do what I enjoy so much!
Looking forward to much more and beware Mr Shipton, I will even out the beans issue....

Top sploshing both and top blogging Bill
Looks like a great night.
Lily, from the pictures on the blog it was only Mr Shipton wearing the beans and spaghetti....I think the contents of a couple of catering sized tins would look especially good over you

Congratulations to lilybee on your encounter with Mr Shipton, especially for getting him back with the spaghetti. Wish I'd thought of that on my recent visit to 'Splosh Towers'
!

Bottoms Up!

Ah well you see it was a demo so there to hand, have a feeling he won't leave that to chance again!
Re: When the Munch Got Messy...
And now the landlady of the pub has offered us two catering cans of beans for the next one proving that a) they didn't have any problem with the mess we made and b) she thought it was a little one-sided! Certainly the regulars liked the 'revenge' bit!
PS Love the avatar, Lily
