Well the girls from The Wrestling Den, like to stay in shape, physical fitness means a lot to these ladies as they spend 90% of their time in the ring doing battle. Though you also need to mentally alert, so what better way than to do some mental prowess excercises, though the thing is with Shelby and Dynamo, Ari and Simone involved you can be assured it will get messy. So what better way than with messy wrestling and some mental mess games.

Their are several characters played my Angel Mandy, (Who for the record is/was a Dom) it depends what we are shooting, what people don't see is the hard work put in by Angel Mandy behind the scenes. She also does voiceover's with myself, for mixed scene's and just about every other scene we do.
