Where is everyone?

I just had chance to check the forum for the first time in a few days and I was surprised how little activity there seems to have been recently, in fact the day I posted this only two other people had posted things on the forum.
Where is everyone hiding, are you all at a top secret sploshing party that has lasted for ages, or is everyone just busy with real-life at the moment.
Just curious, thats all. (and I miss reading all the amusing replies etc.)

I can agree it does feel a little show somtimes, i think often people tend to hop on for a browse and if they see nothing going new going on they will leave again.

I think it's up to all of us to put in the effort and start new topics and contribute.

Mmm I've noticed this recently, must confess I havent been on myself much for a bit, leg injury in Tescos caused by falling on some spilt food (NOT splosh related!) also my PC packed up and Ive not long had it back.

My new family situation means no sploshing for me anytime in the foreseeable future, so I'll prob be lurking mostly for the next year or so.

Yeah, I'm quite new to this forum but have been hoping there might be one or two meets as I would have thought this would help bolster things a little.. I do hope things pick up as this seems to one of very few places for people who love wam.

During the week is always pretty quiet but I agree people aren't being as prolific as normal. Hayley's actually away at the moment but a forum lives or dies by its members not its owners so it's really up to you.

I was thinking the same thing recently - like the forum is grinding to a halt a bit. Which is a shame, since it's really a great forum.

Maybe we should all throw in some more 'off topic' threads - you know, just to keep things moving along. A bit of general discussion about non-wam things ... or do most fourm members not really want to see off topic chatter?

I'd be more than happy to share some of my non sploshing stories/shoots. I just didn't think anybody would be intrested, as its not
sploshing/wam, etc, etc. Also as long as Bill does not mind. I can tell you a few silly stories from the girls who I shoot the wrestling with.

Like the time well, (it was actually last Saturday!!) when Shelby was running round the gym in front of a live audience shouting 'Strip for a pound!!!!!'

Perhaps the whole forum concept is getting dull - afterall there are only so many things about sploshing one can discuss. Not saying this is the case but I'd welcome your views. If there is something else we can add to the forum to make it 'fresher' then do offer up ideas.

I think this might be more just a lull that happens to any message board.
I check several other forums for updates and a couple that have been slow have recently gotten a bit more active.

It's just starting to warm up here along the Eastern seaboard of the US that possibly people are just waiting to get outside.
I know the economy for me has gotten really tight to the point that I can usually scrounge for only one trip to the pub every two weeks or so.

I've been half-heartedly working on another story but I tend to get sucked into other time consuming, but fun, wastes of time like World of Warcraft.
I tend to not be in the creative mood when I'm finished playing.

That's my 2cents.

Though we are supposed to get hit with torrential rains this weekend so maybe I can have some fun with that.

Smittybill is probably right to say its just a lull and things will warm up with the weather. Another possibility is the rise of other sites like fetlife, twitter, etc. might be pulling people away. Also, because of the wonderful 'meets', the regulars (especially in the UK) are getting to know each other personally and may be using PMs & email more, as well as chatrooms, skype, etc.

Hi guys!!!
JUST got back from Vegas. It's 2 am East Coast time, but to me, it's still 11 pm West Coast time. I'm gonna be shit for work tomorrow. Altho I'm thinking of calling in & taking the day off. If I do take off tomorrow, I'll be contributing to forum here. Didn't do internet while in Vegas. Was a little busy. My first time in Vegas & was it EVER a SHITLOAD of FUN! And I thought I was sleezy. I've got nothing on the young hotties visiting Vegas! I felt a little old to be honest. Still a TON of fun.
