Planes, Trains and Automobiles. I think the line is "by his testicles before." The problem with answering these is that you then have to give the next one. I need a minute.

Sorry for the mis-quote. Been a while since I saw the film, plus balls is easier to spell lol

Okay, got one. "These are desperate times and desperate measures are called for." I left two words out (so it's not an exact quote), but it'd be WAY too easy that way.
PS -- MJ, you have to say it "Mooooooolteeeeeepaaaaasssssss" Of course, no one might have gotten it that way unless you're obsessed with Milla Jojovich! Hmmmm, I just realized, is your moniker in homage to her? LOL!

Animal House? looks like something that one of those boys would toss in.
And that is all I am willing to type right now

Geesh, I guess I'd better stop quoting from American Broadway musicals that become movies. It seems like I bring this thread to a halt every time I do that. Although I think this musical played in Britain first before it came over to the States, but I'm not sure. But I'll give you the full quote now which should immediately result in a correct guess. "These are desperate times, Mrs. Lovett, and desperate measures are called for."
BTW Scud -- EXCELLENT GUESS!!! That would be a perfect response to one of Dean Wormer's stunts he pulled on Delta House!

That would be Sweeney Todd: The Demon Baker of Fleet Street. Always good seeing Depp and Burton together making movies (can't wait for Alice in Wonderland!)
I was going to do one of the easier quotes from this, but I'll be mildly evil and pull this one out:
“An acre is the area of a rectangle whose length is one furlong and whose width is one chain.”
If no one gets it after a bit, I'll pull out an easier quote.

I've been holding back saying anything because I don't know what movie it's in. The only thing I know is that you hear that line a couple of times in Pink Floyd's "The Wall." Now, if they've turned that into a movie somehow... maybe that's the answer. But that's the only place I know that line, from the song.

They have! Pink Floyd The Wall (1982). It's available on DVD with loads of extras. It's awesome but a bit of a headf**k!
It was directed by Alan Parker, the same guy who directed the original Fame movie!

Assuming that the quote has been answered by "The Wall", a new quote...
"HEY YOU GUYYYYYYS!"
"HEY YOU GUYYYYYYS!"

Ahhhh, I would have only been 12 at the time. Pink Floyd's a little before my time.

When Bob Geldof put together the Live 8 concert in 2005, he persuaded Pink Floyd to play together again for the first time in over twenty years. Kudos to Bob Geldof!!
They played, and people were singing along for all they were worth, and some of them weren't even born when Pink Floyd last played together. Kudos to Pink Floyd!!

WAIT A MINUTE!!! I JUST noticed something! A little bit of a technicality here, but we might need a ruling. The musical/movie is actually, "Sweeney Todd: The Demon BARBER of Fleet Street." Mrs. Lovett was the baker. Sweeney Todd was the barber who would shave many of his customers a little too close for Mrs. Lovett to use as the meat in her pies. I guess knowing it was Depp as Todd and Burton as director/producer it should count. But I don't know. Anyone have a rule book handy?

OMG! It FINALLY came to me. The Goonies. That was bugging the shit out of me because I could hear the line in my head, I just couldn't picture the face or the movie it came from. I love guessing. I'm not so good at picking. Let me think a minute.
