Tiswas Night 2009 completely viewable on YouTube

Phew, long time since I've been here!
Tiswas Night 2009 was a big success at the Horseshoe Inn last summer, we managed to get through it in daylight with a brand new 1080HD camera, all of which has made a big difference when compared to our previous videos. Oh, and I didn't forget any lines this time, and my hammy acting has improved a tad.

I reckon we had more buckets of gunge than custard pies! It was utterly mental, people were more obsessed about losing their 'gunge virginity', so to speak, than being pied. The gunge-throwing 'free for all' at the end is utterly astonishing.

Anyway, another Tiswas Night is in the pipeline for the summer, and even though I'm plugging it here, I have to stress (on orders of the pub management) that it's non-sexual. WAMmers welcome as usual, but it is about comedy and fully-clothed slapstick!

I was so gutted at missing the Tiswas night last year! Fingers crossed I'll be able to get there this year.

Cheers! We had a few people drop out at last minute, such as the wardrobe girl, hence the hastily made Phantom costumes. Rory and his girlfriend were struck down with swine flu. And the Friday night date took a lot of people by surprise!

Depending when this summers event is and wether we can cover costs we may be persuaded to bring the Dunk Tank or a Bouncy Castle.
