Favourite Splosh Star

Hi Everyone

I recently published a story "Miss (Splosh) World" in the reading room, about a Miss World type contest to find the favourite Splosh star since Splosh began 20 years ago. As the story ended without the winner being declared, Richard has suggested we could run a poll to decide the winner, so here goes....

i really hate posts like this because then all the people that are left out or not voted for fell upset i don't see why people do post like this there was i similar post on the umd a while a go and that got really nasty and lots of people got really hurt by it so i dont see the point in this

I can see your point ashman but this is just a bit of fun so please don't take it too seriously. Most of the ladies mentioned probably don't bother reading the forum (except Hayley of course! Perhaps we should all vote for her? - <Gulp, I've already voted for somebody else > )

It's a good job they don't read it as Karen would point out in broad Lancastrian tones that is is Partington not Pilkington.

Gilly puts her head in from time to time as well as Hayley who won't be pleased about her nul points (but probably not surprised!). It depends on what you are judging on. They all have reasons to win.

Gilly - for endurance (all those pies every week at the Silly House)
Sammy - for enthusiasm (she always has a great time)
Hayley - for tolerance, working behind the scenes as well as in front of them for 20 years and putting up with me
Dolly - for being fantastic fun (and Queen of the Cider & Black)
Mouse - for being fantastically rude
Karen - for being almost insane
Jo - for her comedy acting
Rachel - for also being great fun and doing my fave photo set in Vol 35
Louise - cos she IS a megastar!
And Katie cos she is impossibly cute.

But there are so many others as well... download stars like Scarlett, Tigerr, and Eden. Icons like Clown Julie. Gilly's housemates like Hydee and Jade. The irrepressible Georgie and Tracie (still the world's only horse muck shampoo victim!). Robyn, Amanda, Ophelia, Davina...and many more. The list goes on and on, and they're just the ones that have worked for us!

That's why we are opening the Greatest Hits store to remind people of their excellent work. Splosh! stars never die, they simply sink beneath the surface for a bit...

Nicely put Bill, i admire all the ones listed and cant say i have a favourite, however i only worked with Dolly (and that was only once) so if i had to choose it would be her because shes so cute. And Hayley of course for being so good when i was ripped off by an unamed site, she gave me a nice shoulder to weep on. . Havent voted though as i would feel mean

Many apologies to Karen, the excitement of the story obviously got to much for me and I got her name wrong.

Also with Gilly and Sammy out in front could this turn into a video, with the winner being sploshed by the (bad) loser before roles reversing.
