Private Sessions- request for advice

Hi Everyone,

I've been stuck overseas for a little too long, and am heading back to the UK shortly for an unexpected visit- I'm really hoping i can treat my WAM starved self to a private session whilst i am back in the land of splosh, but i am a bit out of touch as to the options for booking private sessions. I know that there are a few options nowadays- and i'm wondering if anyone would be kind enough to fill me in on how to go about this, what to expect etc?

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
