You need a more tolerant pub by the sounds of it. I recommend the Marina Fountain in St Lens, home of Dolly's pieing!

Actually i did sign the card, it was just the pen that didn't write clearly! And bloody typical, I leave just after 11pm and it all kicks off!

Sorry about the chaotic posting of the pictures, I have now removed the duplicates. I had resized the files and got them in order then realised as I was posting them that they were back to front but couldn't be bothered to start again so put the note up to read from the bottom up. When the post appeared there were only three pictures so then had to sling some more up in batches of three at a time. By that time I was trying to cure my hangover by imbibing lots of red wine, it was starting to work and got me in a bit of a muddle! At the same time I was having a go at teasing Lisa on UMD, which was a total failure but the sort of thing you do when drunk (sorry Lisa) .

I hope that I can be forgiven for upsetting anyone on either forum!

Oh, and @malc, the mayhem couldn't start until after the only sensible old person had left.

It was a good night indeed. Nice people as ever and a few new faces.

Despite the bar staff being a little average and a little 'off ' at the end of the evening, the pub is still a good venue for easily accessible central London.
It really would be a shame to have to find a new, probably smaller and cramped, meeting place !!!


I am already looking forward to the next one !
