However tonight I went out as it got dark and made the most of the heavy rain we have been having and had a good roll in some mud.
I was wearing a pair of trainers, a pair of horse-riding jodhpurs and a football shirt.
The jodhpurs have survived (I Think!!), the shirt didn't as I got a bit excited and ripped it while trying to put mud down the front of it. I actually quite liked the shirt, and have had a wet and a messy session out of it, however now it is no more.
The jodhpurs were quite amusing as someone I know gave them to me saying "if you know anyone who wants them, let them have these, otherwise just throw them away". Well it seemed a shame to just bin them and they fit me, although they are purple and black, but they are great to get muddy in.
I dont have any pictures of the event, but I did take a couple of the ruined clothes, once you see the pictures you can guess what fun I had.

I have some pictures of the shirt getting messy and will post them once I get round to sorting them out, also I have a series of pictures of this outfit getting ripped to shreds while being soaked, if anyone wants to see them.
