i am male but i do like 2 wear tights when i get the chance 2 splosh(i like the feel of them when filled with custard or cream),i would love 2 have a lady splosh me whilst wearing a pair,any takers lol?

I'm in exactly the same boat! I'd also love a nice young lady splosher to fill up my tights for me, preferably while I did the same to her!

Incidentally, I can recommend wearing multiple pairs and slowly filling the layers up - feels much nicer. Also, have you tried using sloppy clay? Much nicer than custard due to the high mass and improved coverage, I find. [Also doesn't leak through and stays 'where you want it' for longer! ;-)

Only over the top of them!! (That in itself is fun as you can fill the panties up so much with the heavy clay that they slide down over the smooth and shiny legs of the tights easily.) Tights definitely feel sexiest worn right against the skin. ;-)

Even the women in various tights groups I'm in all wear them without panties underneath as they say it's so much more comfortable and feels much more sexy.
