Splosh! Pie Ballet on Youtube

Postby BillShipton » 18 Feb 2009, 00:15

Hi

Should do this when I'm sober but....went to the pub whilst it uploaded and...our Pie Ballet is now on Youtube

If this doesn't work I'll sort it tomorrow with a hangover....

Excellent, Bill! The lack of sobriety didn't show at all! :-)

Loved the Melvyn Bragg intro!

Wonderfully edited to the music. Was that your voice at the introduction?

Reminded me of some monty python randomness.

BTW it's amazing what kind of movements can happen when your pissed.

Cheers

Yes, the voice-over is me doing my best/worst Melvyn Bragg. The 'orchestra' is actually a very large jazz band that used to play in the pub and the Royal Alldirt Hall is NOT the studio (as one person asked on PM)! It's an old warehouse used by the post office which has since been demolished.

As for the editing, I love trying to get it right when I can...
