Bill... Jonny and I have done our bit...it's over to you now! We had a great day yesterday and both of us got thouroughly covered!!! There was so much stuff!!!

I was sooooo nervous at first because you have a camera operative, sound guy, production manager, runner/photographer and Holly...the director! Quite a few people but they were all lovely!

Anyway...i'm sure Jonny will write something on here when he returns to Cornwall!

Was this fitted with a wide angle lens to accommodate the beard?

Mike.

No but to prevent it being too hairy a picture I shaved my 'dome'!

and Jonny the bald git....

Back from a brillant weekend, despite a few downpoints, firstly the sat nav getting Bournemouth confused with Sidmouth! Needless to say I kept to gut male instinct and ignored it. Secondly "free ample parking" pah Travelodge! £3 to park and enough spaces for 3! Cue a half an hour search and walk for a parking space!
But now the fun bit....

After interviewing and gunge preparing, the sploshing began with an impromptu sploshing of cameralady Kirsten, who was sat on the chair in the paddling pool of doom, with the mischeivous Holly behind her decided to pick up a bucket of custard and playfully lifted it above her, however a bit dripped out, and cue a small ruck....
And then we got ready! After some rather cold green gunge and custard, and pink angel delight which was freezing, we got revenge on Holly, who squealed like a girl. Pack your earmuffs Bill... Then we gungily scarpered to the cycle block to the showers, which had about as much power as a mild drizzle...

Other than that, truly awesome!

Not sure what Bill has in mind for this. I know he was moaning cos he has had to go to B&Q in the rain to buy more plastic sheeting!! Don't think they are planning anything mega-messy - though at least the studio has a damn fine hot shower if it gets out of hand! And she'll know what it's like now which might keep the squealing down. He won't be used to that! He's more used to swearing!

I'm pleased to hear that Kirsten got a taste, when she was here I thought she would make an excellent 'victim' . For those who don't know, she is a great looking slim blonde (sorry to sound a bit sexist!) She is very good at her camera job as far as I can tell but I'd love to see her completely covered! :D

taste is overstantement, it was a genuine delibrate accident, a drip but not a lot, but enough to get her angry!

Why was Kirsten sitting on a chair in the paddling pool if she wasn't prepared to get gunged? She told me that she had several teeshirts ready 'just in case'.

Funnily enough no one seem to bring a change of clothes! Even Holly forgot

Had a long but very enjoyable day with Holly and Co. Delighted to say that Holl can take a good few pies, thick gunge, rice pudding and lots of custard etc and throws a mean chocolate gateau. Kirsten has promised to let us have some stills when they get home.

Please be fair to them...they came to make a documentary not to do a session for free for the people they interviewed. So don't go moaning that they didn't get messy enough or get their kit off or whatever. To my mind they all did a fine job and were lots of fun to work with.

More details soon, probably....

Can't tell you hpw chuffed Holly is that you have all added to the ideas for documentary titles and new names for her...

Bill,(and others)
Glad it all went well. I did send two PM's to Holly but did not get reply so wondered if it was a genuine project. Very pleased that it obviously was.

Congratulations to you Holly for surviving all that everyone had to throw at you. Have you decided on a title yet? If not, here are a few more puns. I think there are already enough pie puns in this thread, and I can't think of anything rice-pudding related.

Will post some more pics in a separate thread so long as the girls are ok with it but in the meantime....since this is already on Facebook, I'm sure she won't mind!

Was there any mud involved?
I remember Holly asking if there were any people into mud.
I said I am and I wouldn't mind to come to the UK for that.
I don't think Holly believed me but you can be sure that I would. Ask Sploshman, he knows I would.

Not that I am aware of.

I too contacted Holly, and exchanged severeal pm's and e-mails with her, but nothing came of it - I did invite her to ring me for a chat, and I'm still waiting.

I got the impression she had enough men and was looking for more ladies to take part.

I know you'd come over to the UK: remember, I was there.

Mike.
