Lucky Buckets - The Return

Postby MessClub » 20 Dec 2008, 02:43

For fans of our bucket series, yes we are back, no expense spared on this one. The only way we were going to follow on from the original "Lucky Buckets" was to blow the budget.

In those numbered buckets there is gunge and prizes. Will our female contestant choose well and find the prizes or something else

This was a very expensive production so we can't put this one on the FreeHouse. There will be a downloadable 2 girl lucky buckets photo-story coming in the New Year :)

If only you would video your sets! I know your reasons for not doing, but this looks like it would be an amazing scene!

Our next 2 sets will be photo stills but due to overwhelming demand we will be doing video shoots too from April. We will create the film sets MessClubSeven style then simply bring in video production skills to film it as we don't want to compromise the quality of the finished product.

So "bucket" fans will have a choice of photos and videos to choose from.

We had to stick to stills for the first 6 sets to save money as we had an in house qualified photographer but as we have much more funding now we can take the leap to video production too. The scripts we have written for stills will be converted to video for some future productions.

A big thanks to the help from the other members on the day. Lots of set building, tin opening, bucket filling, game directing etc... a very good team effort. The promotional photographs were actually taken by a member not the in house pro who was busy at that time. Very nice they are too :)

You're too kind - but thanks anyway ;)

And yes, there's some very unpleasant stuff (along with some much nicer things) in those buckets... And take it from me, they're brim-full too!

I'm sure you're all going to love the end result... Watch this space!

Great to hear that there will be video of future shoots! The 'Bucket' theme is everything I like about WAM. I'll certainly be first inline when the vids go on sale :)

We appreciate the interest in the clubs work. We had to go pay per view as we have taken the leap to the full size studio environment and we therefore also appreciate that you want us to video our games and sketches which we will be doing in the New Year.

There was a second set, actually the first shoot of the day and its very much a slapstick sketch more of which will be revealed in the New Year. It was difficult to find a picture that wouldn't give away any of the storyline but I think I found one.
