Professional shoots are indeed very different from recording a private shoot. Pro videoing is much slower and we do a lot of stuff on a shot-by-shot basis which is less 'fun' than spontaneous action but ensures you capture everything.

Having never done a 'pro shoot' I must bow to your experience (and say that I've enjoyed all of your productions). In my 'private shoots' lately I have tried to have a storyline to give some sense to the proceedings rather than simply pouring stuff over each other in turn. However that turns out to be idealistic in that the 'fun element' takes over and the thread is lost, - usually by me, because the models, being professionals, try their best to keep to the script.

I would very much like to take part in a professional shoot to have it in my CV but realise that such a thing would not be viable due to the unacceptability of male wam (especially by such an old man!).

It would however be an interesting exercise to combine the two genres and do a private session under the conditions of a pro shoot with a 'proper' director and crew.

Opinions???

If its something you fancy doing go for it Rich. Their is no reason why you can be in a vid, with two girls gunging each other and stripping in front of you. Would look well funny if it was timed properly probably wouldn't even need a script.

If you wheren't in Southampton I'd do it for you. Speak to Bill or Miss T I'm sure they sort it.

On the rather dull issue of stocks or pillory, a traditional pillory has a stand and the prisoner is held by head and hands, whereas sticks have a frame and seat with the prisoner held by ankles only. The instrument shown has features of both as the head may be inserted through the large central hole, but I suspect it is a modern instrument of torture invented by the bondage industry: maybe someone can add to this.

As I have said before,the stocks (with seat) is my preferred sploshing instrument, as it is comfortable (I am into gunged women, not torture) and does not get in the way of a good view. The stocks I made (use the excellent search feature to locate and see picture) allow the "victim" to imprison and release themselves. I would love to lend them (or build some better ones, or a double set) for Richard's venture! Of course, I would need to be there, to look after them...
