I think this roughly translates as 'is there anything I could add to custard to increase the quantity of it?'

In which case my answer is more custard.

It could possibly be 'quality', but who knows?

If you're making it from powder then I've heard of people using powdered milk as well as the custard powder to make it go a little further.

With pre made custard you could use it instead of/with milk to make up packets of cheap dessert mix, that makes more messy slop and the supermarkets own brand stuff can be as cheap as 8p a packet!

I think it's "equity". He wants to know if he can get compensation for using up all of his custard.

The government should put £35 billion into re-captalising custard to make sure custard-savers don't lose out.

Firstly, thanks to the people who tried to help me with my question about how you can make custard go further....add more custard lol

A 'special' thank you to those who thought it would be funny to take the proverbial out of my dyslexia, yes ok i may get my words mixed up sometimes....but i think i still manage to get my point across on what i mean.

Now for my final thought (no i aint jerry springer lol) if you can't say anything nice, or even constrctive...keep it to yourself as i am sure you are not perfect and have things that you are not very good at!

I am sorry if people have upset you. However I think you are living in false hope that people (not just on this forum but everywhere) will only say helpful or nice things. They will always make jokes and my experience is that it is best to let them wash over you (along with the custard) rather than get upset by it. Nobody here MEANS to be nasty, so there is no need to be wound up by it. Life is too short.

Hayley

PS I am really bad at not smoking, singing, public speaking and parallel parking, so plenty to go for there!

Good words, Hayley.

Sometimes things which are fine, when said in fun face-to-face, come over totally wrong when typed on an internet forum....I was flamed recently on a technical work forum which I belong to, just for inserting a bit of totally inoffensive humour into a long boring (and totally inaccurate) thread. I was accused of, among other things, "failing to advance the topic" . As I knew far more about the discussion topic than the posters (not bragging, purely cos it happened to be one of my uni subjects), I was going to reply in kind, but then decided I just couldn't be ar**d, best just to move on.
