Has anyone tryed WAMing in a tyvek suit ('paper suit')? You can get them very cheaply now, you could wear it over normal clothes with the gunge inside, the tyvek keeping the gunge over you.
And clean-up would be easy. When you're done, the suit goes in the trash with everything else.
WAMing in a Tyvek suit?

I did a wam session in a disposable paper lab coat.
That was interesting cos it really soaked up the gunge and began to fall apart
I would like to try a full paper suit tho... hmmmm:)

They're not really paper (although they feel a bit like it). These suits are intended to be worn when doing a messy job (!) and then, rather than wash them, you bin them.
And certainly the more expensive ones are designed to stand up to some quite nasty chemicals, so they should withstand any normal gunging stuff.
The cheaper ones, intended for things like painting, are probably OK for WAMing. You might be able to take them off carefully, wash them and wear them a second time, but they're so cheap I'd not bother. I'd just rip it open, rip it so as to get it off more easily, and dispose of the remains.
If anyone knows of any photos of such a suit being WAMed, I'd be interested...
