Your post does rather state the bleeding obvious. We are well aware that technically she can pull pictures from anywhere that she does not have a written agreement with. That's why we pulled them. We are miffed because our agreement was with the magazine and they were perfectly happy for us to carry the pictures, and as the people that set up the shoot with her they presumably explained the nature of the arrangement with her. She then clearly changed her mind at a later stage and because there was no written agreement forced everyone to do what she wanted. At no point have we suggested that cos she was on their site, she should be on ours. This was a specific agreement offering free studio time in return for use of photos/video. We certainly won't be offering that sort of deal to anyone again.

No, I am certainly not being disparaging of women in general - only of people who change the rules when they no longer suit them.
