Yes, that would definitely form part of my walk home from the pub!

I think an illustrated Water Feature Map of Britain is called for.

Bristol's fountains may not be to everybody's taste - they were described by the mayor of Bristol as being 'like 20 old men peeing in a pond'.

To confirm......

Jane and Dante are no shows I'm afraid, But i'm still coming, mines a soft drink as I can't find a hotel anywhere near, so it's a drive regardless.

Something tells me that Hayley would quite like 20 old men peeing on her...

All this talk of fountains has taken this thread a bit off topic.

I can recommend the meet to everyone so please don't be shy, come and see what we all look like (sorry, that would be a turnoff for most people  ). I think the lovely Lisa Moomin might be there for all of her fans (don't forget the 'Bristol challenge' with Big Dave of GTG). Also, come and meet Candy Custard in person :D , - it's well worth it! :D

See you there :)

Rich.

Sadly I shall be up to my neck in a baby-lotion-covered Gilly. Well, editing her anyway and fitting in work on the new Download Store (see Download Update).

Hope you all have a great time and have a LOT to drink on my behalf. I'm sure Mike will.

Would that be with the crease at the side or down the middle? I seem to remember one is a Devon pastie or something?

Anyway, I am envious of your piss-up.

Who said anything about a piss-up? I am sure we shall all be models of restraint and sobriety. My arse!

I'll happily have a drink for you Bill, and for Andy250, so long as you'll take responsibility for the calories and any potential hangover. :)
