You think you had problems. Some years ago I was assisting in the dismantling of a large redundant railway signal box, and one of my colleagues had the task of removing all the slates (preferably intact) from the roof. After a whole day of up a thirty foot ladder, across roof, loosen and remove slates, place in crate, down thirty foot ladder, etc, etc, etc he was aching fit to bust so much that he couldn't sleep.
He applied some 'deep-heat muscle treatment' to his legs, with particular attention to the inner thighs - but of course he didn't have any clothes on with the result that he got Ralgex on his 'meat and two veg'. The bigger mistake was imparting this information to the rest of the crew.

Later in the week-long exercise, he was sat in the bar of the hotel again looking rather knackered, and the question was posed 'Do you think he's been at the Ralgex again?'. After a quick glance in his direction the answer was 'No ..... he's got his legs crossed'.

Would the foamburst type soaps be a good alternative maybe? I think if they sting your goolies Imperial Leather would be in trouble..

mpb83, just a quick suggestion for shaving foam.
I read many times on forum (after experiencing on my own skin) that the better shaving foam for messy use would be Barbasol brand as it would not sting at all skin.
I cannot confirm it, as Barbasol is not available here, but saw that was suggested "the cheapest shaving foam you can find".
I tried on skin the cheapest shaving foam I found in a supermarket (0.69 € a can) and, wow, it was nice on skin for a good half an hour, while, in the past, WAMming with expensive "sensitive skin" shaving foam lead me too many times to a shower to relieve skin biting.

Just my 2 cents.
