Anyone else notice the irony that complaining about the cost has actually increased the visibility of this thread, therefore the audience and statistically the number of participants and ultimatel the odds of success and continuance of the event at the current price-point?

We shall all of course be attending the London Meet with you all for beer and peanuts so any negative or positive comments can be made to us in person also. yes the negative comment has made the thread carry on, wish it was all positive comments as the other Angele were most down in the mouth yesterday after reading jus the one negative comment..soon pepped them up with the live cam event yesterday though lol..pics and clips on the way for you sometime today x x x x

I too thought the price was a bargain. Also the timing couldn't have been better for me coming straight after the London meet as I can come down for both at the same time. Return journeys to the Smoke from Geordieland can be problematic given the (right) state of our rail network, so anything that cuts down on these is much appreciated.

(P.S. - After the latest fare rises a saver return now tops £100 - who's running these companies, Dick bloody Turpin???)

Why not do it on the cheap! The event could take place in someones back garden. Then all we would need is a couple of paddling pools. Get some girls off the internet by advertising on several womens forums for women to take part. Then you dont have to pay for proffesional models.

As somebody who hosted events in the past, I also now advise people on how to do live events, plus I have meeting next week for something else.

I can say, I will not be using an Wooden Keeps idea's.

Now back to the exciting stuff, who will get the most gunge thrown over them on the day!!!!! I say Mistress Cane, drat!!!!! she's not available..

Sandcastle's concept is what I do for fun with friends - hardly a wam event or anything. And still it ends up costing several hundred dollars, probably close to $1000 once you put in everyone's gas, food, lodging, etc. Oh yeah, then the ethanol!

Shredder is absolutely right a private bit of messy fun at home with some friends or a partner would cost more than £15 when you consider all the overheads of food, flans, plastic sheeting etc. Stonecastle, your maths is completely up the shute so don't ever think about taking up accountancy
