Once again, I find myself thanking my lucky stars for finding such an awesome girlfriend.

I started off with some yoghurt over the head. As you can see, I had Miss Phantom read a script (which quickly got covered in yoghurt!)

Next I decided she needed something really yucky in her panties. How about condensed cream of mushroom soup ... followed by a can of baked beans.
