Blown away!

Hi all

I think Bill is still recovering from Clown Julie's visit but the Splosh! cover that 'blew me away' (I know that wasn't exactly the question but I had to narrow it down a bit) was No 25. Why? No nudity, nothing deliberately sexy, just mess and a great facial expression! It sums up how I feel in that circumstance and a lot of the Splosh! philosophy - funny, messy and sexy almost in an accidental way!

Splosh 25 was a fave of mine - because I'm a big fan of April, and a big fan of messy office wear and a big fan of knicker filling .... and that set with Sammy had it all.

Ok here's mine.

I first saw some a porridge bath pic like this in one of the early Splosh's. I think it was one of the Crazygirl models Davina and I remember being blown away by the pic of her sliding under the surface of the big bath of porridge. This Messygirl picture is more recent but i still think it's amazing

i love the pics that have been seen so far.
mine is simular to one of the 1st wam pics i ever saw that one had a large breasted black girl covered in thick custard,i seem to have lost that pic but heres one very much the same

It has to be the LP cover for Herb Alpert's Whipped Cream and Other Delights, I remember seeing it in a record store in Richmond (Surrey) and it really blew me away - it was around the late sixties and i was early-teens and very impressionable.

Just a year ago in Islington I came across by chance an original mono copy for £3.99 in Reckless Records - i may just frame it!

The model is Dolores Erickson. She was pregnant at the time of the photo shoot. She was actually covered with shaving cream (whipped cream kept melting under the lights). The LP was released in 1965 and spent 189 weeks on the charts.

Hey - I remember this thread!

Here's another of mine. I know the resolution is crap, but ever since I first saw it, I've always wanted to know more about the scene and get more pictures - including a clean pic of the woman (I sure hope it's a woman and not a guy in drag!)

For me it has that Tiswas feel to it ... the 'victim' sits helpless whilst everyone else gets them messier and messier.

I also love this picture because I'm a fan of Asian women and messy scenes that have smart business clothes.

I've seen a few things over the years that have completely blown me away from a splosh perspective.

Eleven years ago, pointed my then state-of-the-art IE4 at Erik Elsas's site, and this amazing scene slowly appeared. It's just about a perfect shot, the lass in the jeans, already soaked to the kneed but otherwise dry, is just 'helping' her friend in those lovely clean grey trousers down into the water. At the moment the shot was taken only the second lass's shoes are in the water, but you just know she's going in, and very soon both will be drenched, to the knees, to the waist, and then totally.

I'm really hoping Erik will eventually make these old scenes available for download.
