Amazing pictures, DD is always fantastic but I think Candy is a serious pretender to her crown! Together there isnt a better advert for wam anywhere

I think pretender is correct, Dolly. Collins dictionary gives it as "claimant to a throne" which fits in the context of the original post as a crown is mentioned. A contender would be someone who wishes to fight for a title as in a sporting context.

I have to agree with you about Sammy-Jane; she was the first sploshing model whose name I recognised (along with Louise Hodges) and the fact that she is still going strong definitely makes her WAM royalty .
