The Asian heroine is wearing a tight-fitting silver lycra bodysuit. The villain (also Asian) strips her down to a VERY tight-fitting one piece swimsuit, chains her up and wipes thick yellow-green goo on her.

This clip also touches on other fetishes such as cat fighting, strangling, whipping and some gratuitous upskirt shots. Quite something, considering this looks like a children's tv show.
