Newbie questions

Hi all,

I've just plucked up the courage to sign up to these forums after spending hours reading back posts.... not for the first time. I'm into the aesthetic of seeing people sploshed with food especially and after some time I've finally spoken to my g/f about it and she's agreed to give it a go for real.

The problem is that we're both students and don't have a real place of privacy to give it a try. We're thinking of getting in some custard/angel delight stuff and seeing how it goes in the shower at my parents house while they're our for a day... Just wondered if someone with some experience could give some pointers on clearing up (and what's good to be cleared up by washing down the drain) along with lingering smell and so on.

Anyway, thanks for any advice
Jon

Getting started

Postby christh » 04 Jan 2008, 08:49

I do not recommend the shower: it is cold, unfriendly and cramped. The only splosh-related use for a bathroom is for a shower before going to bed. Get a large sheet of plastic and put it on the bed or a settee. Start with water: there is a lot of fun in damping garments: you could both start by wearing men's vests and women's knickers (M&S white). You could colour the water and serve it from a wine bottle. Then try custard or any similar food you enjoy eating. Then you will eat most of it and there will be little mess to clear up. Use a digital camera or video to record the scene, or invite me to make a record of a happy day. I'll do the first session for free. I'm getting a stiffy already.

Nice to hear form you.
Hope you enjoy this site.
It is the best one.

Re the bath shower situation: if you do use them please don't run stuff down the plug hole.
I did that once and it bunged up everything. The plumber couldn't work out what all the gunge was.

By all means use the bath but at the finish, scoop as much out as possible into a bowl or bucket.
Get all those kinda things ready before you start and the whole event will be fun.

Cheers

I have only sploshed a few times - but since you mention lingering smell - thats definitely worth a few words.

I had no idea how long the cakey/custardy smell would last when I first sploshed - and last it does. Even your bodies will smell cakey for a day or two.

Bonus though - you feel supermoisturised afterwards ;-)

Enjoy

Hi and welcome to the site. If you can, use a paddling pool and a decent sized tarpaulin to catch all the mess. The kitchen area is usually a good place to splosh if there is lino on the floor as anything leaking through can be easily mopped up. Cheap plastic dust sheets from B&Q are good for hanging around the units etc for protection. Make sure you can get to the shower/bathroom afterwards without leaving a trail of gunge behind you; a runner consisting of old sheets from a charity shop (sometimes obtainable for a small donation) will do the job.
Happy sploshing!

Thanks for the replies, unfortunately we're a bit stuck for possible locations, as I said, and I don't fancy tarping all my folks stuff just in case of problems, so it's really a tester session in the shower we're looking for (which will be warmed with a heater, can't do much about the rest of the shower downers though)

The smell is also a concern really... like I said, it's not really my bathroom and it might be tricky to explain, would shower gels be a feasible middle ground do you think? I assume they will wash down the drain ok with enough water as well as making a less conspicuous smell.

Guess I'll have to hold back the big guns, so to speak, until we finally have our own place proper.

Hi

Custard and chocolate sauce or syrupy things like fruit sauces will not smell in a steamy environment like the bathroom and so long as you use ready made custard (preferably in a carton as it tends to be runnier) will not block anything up. Choc sauce, spray cream are a great start and so long as you don't use gallons of it, all will be well. Don't use lumpy stuff like rice pudding or porridge!

Have a fab time, and keep dropping in. some of the more experienced members might seem intimidating cos they like to make a big mess but a lot of fun can be had with small quantities to start.

Good luck from me

i'm with hayley, ive only 4 days ago did a session in the bath and have never ever had problems washing things that arent lumpy down the plug hole. you can also buy plug type sivves that limit lumps going down the plug hole.
I've upgraded to a "Woody Status" could you?

For a first session, you don't even have to use that much, if you've never done it before, even just one carton of custard each is quite an amazing feeling.

As others have said, a reasonable qualtity of custard should go down a shower drain quite easily. You might want to put some bleach and then very hot water down the shower drain a few days before the shoot, to ensure any existing gunk in the pipes is cleared out, so the gunge will flow away more easily.

You don't specify if you're going for gunged outfits or nude messy fun, if clothed, even small amounts of gunge poured inside make for very unusual (and enjoyable) sensations.

Don't bother with cameras or trying to take photos, just enjoy the fun together, hopefully you'll both enjoy it and be able to move on to more elaborate setups later on.

You could try using bubble bath as gunge, but make sure it doesn't sting first - some people are more sensitive than others, and women seem to be more so than men.

Good luck to you both!

That's definitely the plan. Thanks for all the continued advice, I'm sensing a couple of cartons of custard and maybe a little choc or strawberry sauce. clothing wise we're not fully decided yet i don't think.

I'll show my thanks for all your advice with a report, provided the missus doesn't mind, of course.

Hi there, my boyfriend and I use our shower all the time for sploshing and love it. Its an over bath one so there is lots of room, we can improvise a gunge tank and its easy to clean up as well. We mostly use custard and angel delight so it washes down the drain no probs, and cover the floor in plastic sheets as well.

A wee tip tho, if you are using angel delight type stuff, mix it up with water rather than milk, I find you dont smell so funny after!!

Great oaks grow from little acorns.

As others have said; start simply, use small quantities of simple things, don't complicate life with cameras or video.

I'm an outdoor mud splosher, so not as knowledgeable* as some on indoor food gunging, but I would suggest warming the room, running the shower beforehand, and warming your chosen substances before use - it's nice to know that an erect nipple is caused by arousal rather than because she's freezing her tits off literally.

Credit to the lady for giving it a whirl, hope it goes well for you both; and even if she's not keen to repeat it, be sure to thank her for trying it out.

All the best,

Mike.

We're on for tonight... probably after watching a little something on television at 11.45, it seemed destined.

I'm so excited I could cry, will let all you helpful people how it went, and maybe even post a picture or two (ingredients, before and after - definitely going to enjoy rather than bother with pictures during)

 :D
