Hi, I've been lurking here for ages but this thread has compelled me to post.
Hayley was one of the 1st images I found when I started surfing the web to find out if there were "more people like me" as I dare say is a similar case for a lot of us.
Both her and Bill's contribution to this community are second to none and it's a bit harsh to criticise someone who has given so much over the years for posting an inoffensive story about their weekend.
Hayley, you're contributions, stories and presence on this forum are greatly appreciated and respected and I for one feel you would be sorely missed.
Anyway, I guess that's my posting cherry gone...

This is probably the worst post I've seen on this forum . I got my first copy of Splosh magazine in 1990 (I think) it was issue No2 anyway. The contribution Hayley and Bill have made to the WAM community over the last 17+ years has been excellent and probably second to none. It is clear that they have not made a fortune from the hard work they have put in over the years. I believe they are both genuine decent people who's integrity should not be questioned.

This is too much to bear. First someone tells me Father Christmas does not exist now this.
Whether Hayley is who she says she is not our business. This isn't a job interview or anything and she has no need to prove anything to any of us.
I for one have had many a passing e-mail with Hayley and have enjoyed both writing them and receiving them so what matters.

I'm rather baffled by all this; I made a light hearted comment about Hayley visiting my neighbourhood and I missed her, then all hell breaks loose.
Pieguy, I couldn't really understand your post (or the PM you sent to me, 'just in case the post got deleted'). Did you think that I didn't believe that Hayley existed? I can assure you that I certainly do believe in her existence even though I have never met her (but would like to, having been an admirer for many years). If we did meet I hope that I would treat her with the respect that I have shown to other ladies of the splosh/wam scene with whom I have had contact. You said that I 'seem like a nice guy', well, I hope that I am, I certainly try to be and if anything in my post caused any offence I'm sorry.

She sent me a lovely set of her dressed in a yellow nylon overall while filling the pockets with beans, so I know she is real.

Scott34c/Pie guy lets just come clean and tell us who you are. I'd imagine you're fairly "on the scene" as it were.
If you're going to make hurtful comments then at least have the decency to let us know your identity....
If Hayley is an alter ego....then she's got a lot of detail...countless stories of Christmas with the kids, the name of her son's hamster, not to mention photos of her in the pub in St Lens, Andy speaking to her on the phone, various people having met her.
Not to mention the name change due to privacy invasion early in the history of the magazine.
Hayley is not a model, Hayley is a hardworking woman with a love of sploshing who doesn't need to be here to cater to your ego or satisfy you by showing up to pubs or clubs or making personal appearances...... I think it is a disgrace that people will act like this.

Wow, I make one little observation and when I come back there are pages and pages of comment! Wouldn't it be better to just get on with the usual great pictures, stories and banter?
Thank you to all the people who have messaged me with support, although I was a little surprised to a couple of them posting semi-contradictory messages on the other thread as well. I can't blame them though as I am sure they enjoy having "Hayley" around as much as I do.
I find it touching that so many people have rallied round, that is one of the things I like about here, such a great sense of community, not full of idiots like some other places. I was quite saddened to see some people I thought would know better get in to childish name calling, especially against scott who was only voicing his opinion. Where I come from we have a little thing called free speech! If he's involved in scams that is another thing entirely.
There were a lot of things from these threads I still don't understand though. Where is this Steve? How come Decadent Doll has been down to the Splosh! studios several times and has never met or even talked to Hayley? I don't buy poorly photo shopped pictures as proof, or someone knowing someone who knows someone who spoke to someone on a phone. Let you know my identity? Oh, and no, I don't believe in God, but thats a whole different topic! Air of course can be proven to exist in a multitude of ways so not really getting your analogy.

I think we all know Bill is a highly skilled writer and producer, his stuff is the best around, I truly hope I have not upset him too much, I certainly dont want to make his medical problems any worse.
