40 years ago today

Well not quite but nearly - well a few more actually!
Just tripped over my first girlfriend after so many years to find that she too has always had a leaning towards WAM - even when we were fresh faced teenagers and fumbling (as you do) at teenage Saturday night parties (do they have those still I wonder) we both fantasised about WAM with each other but never dared say.
Moral of the story is that it really is great rediscovering each other and WAMMING our brains out (in a manner of speaking)!

Had a similar experience with an early girlfriend myself. She saw one of our television appearances and got in touch. Said she liked the idea and could she give it a go? Naturally, we were happy to. It just made me wonder what would have happened if we had stayed together (she dumped me for a gas fitter who had a flat and a scooter). Splosh! might have been around ten years earlier!
