Looking for an old splosh oatmeal pic

Ahoy all.

Me and another splosher in my town have been trading old war stories about our messy lives on the internet, and we have found that we both have a certain classic photo in common: It is a girl covered in oatmeal laying back in what appears to be a wheelbarrow-like tub. She's completely covered, and the shot is taken from slightly above and towards her feet. Anyone remember it? Messygirl's shoots have attempted a similar look, but it's not quite the same. The question is a) if it's from splosh, which film/mag, and b) if you have it, could you please post it? Neither one of us have managed to find it, but I think it would be awesome to see it again. It came out about the same time this awesome mud-pic was floating around (And what ever happened to Gooerotica. seems to have stalled...):

There have been several pictures like you describe but the one probably mean is Davina. Not sure which issue. Will look it up later.

I would also like to point out that the picture that advertises Goorotica is NOT one of theirs. It is a WSM picture that has also been used as an inside back cover shot in Splosh! No idea what has happened to them. They don't answer our emails.

Cool. Thks Bill. Davina was definitely her name, and I'd love to see that pic again sometime for old time's sake. Brilliant stuff.

As far as the WSM/gooerotica/sploshmag thing goes, yeah, that always did confuse me....

Since Bill is already in the pub by now (I'm guessing), a quick explanation of who came first.

First Mike Ellison begat WSM after selling stills through a mail order company called Wet Shots. Later he sold them through a company called Aquantics run by Roger Carpenter. Mike made the first WAM video The Hopeful Starlet.

Then came Splosh! We first of all did the magazine but weren't allowed initially to sell Mike's vids. We did however use a lot of his pictures in the magazine. Often the ones Roger didn't want! We later sold WSM products when they saw we were doing rather well and that we had several sjhops happy to sell our material. We then in turn went on to make our own videos and shoot our own photos for the magazine, but we continue to sell both WSM and Aquantics products.

Much, much later Goorotica was set up by Proper Productions who made those nude mud films and stills sets set in the outdoors and directed by Daryl Vaughn. He claimed that Goorotica would be a central distribution hub in the US for all the Uk producers. In fact, it never really worked and it only ever really distributed his. Even the NTSC duplication service was slow. Not sure what he is doing now. We don't bear any grudges cos he was a nice guy with a lovely wife, it just didn't work very well in reality.

There are of course lots of other UK companies we haven't mentioned but that was how it all kicked off back in the late 80s.

The gorgeous Davina made a great appearance in Hot Coffee and Sticky Buns as the announcer who gets steadily more sploshed throughout the show.

I know that the idea of the smart announcer/ newsreader/weathergirl getting sploshed has been done many times, but this is one of the best, in my opinion. Though, Rachel in Messy Misses or is it Gooey Girlies and Emma in Gooey Girlies or is it Messy Misses are also great.

Not to mention Emma and Jo with their stupendous battle at the end of Juicy pairs.

Wow. Thanks, everyone, for getting that sorted. You've been excellent. I have been checking the mags, too (had forgotten they were offered, actually ) has anyone ever considered selling a scanned copy of the mag(s) online, like in a .pdf format?

(and btw, here's a pic or 3 in return that I don't believe have seen the light of day: One is a very lovely German girl, one was from the Seabrook club in texas but was rarely shown with the rest of the free pics, and one is of my very own slimy domain in Nova Scotia. if you're interested, there is a campground next door where mudsliding is actually encouraged )
