Mud Meet For My B-day!!

Hey guys,

Just letting you know that i'm setting up another mud meet after the success of the ones last year (plus also to celebrate my 28th B-day next week Thursday ).

Would of done one a few months back but due to work commitments, Sploshman Adventures with lovely lasses and poor weather - i haven't had the chance to .

I would like it to take place in next few weeks (on one of the Sunday's in August) if possible and wanted to know if some of you would be up for joining me to have a v.muddy day out and celebrate my B-day in muddy style (sorry about the puns lol).

Only prob is a need to find a new location but was setting up something to do one with Andy and his mates down his sides up north (if you guys are reading this and are still interested then let me know Andy and co).

So if your up for coming down (or know of any good locations to use) then either leave a post on here or give me a PM .

This might be a good thing to discuss with everyone at the Leeds Splunch if you can make it, if not let us know the details in advance and we can spread the word.

One semi-killjoy point though (especially if you use any of our favourite mud locations up here), could we agree on a set of guide rules for people attending particularly with regard to taking their rubbish home with them, as I heard this has been a problem in the past. It's the sort of thing that ought to go without saying (leave the place vaguely as you found it, not least so the locals don't get riled up by pervs turning up and leaving all their crap behind), but it is worth mentioning.

Yeah we can do it though, their is the aspect of travelling for Sploshman as we would most likely want to use Silverdale for this. So we need to think about arrangments for people staying over, then getting the train back etc.
