Hi
Bill tells me that Gilly and a group of girls (six others including Hydee) putting on a sploshing demonstration for the Graham Norton Show yesterday afternoon. The item ends with a guy being brought in from the audience and made to join in, and will be shown tomorrow (Thurs) at 10pm on BBC2 and again in extended form on Sunday.
I don't know what happened exactly yet but we will give you more details as they come in from Gilly.

Just had a nice email from So TV for all our work putting this item together for them. I quote:

I'll be in Belgium, so i wont see it.
Probs a good thing for now, as on my birthday i dont think id want to remember missing the chance to meet Alice Cooper!

Bill's a bit busy due to personal stuff so he has passed this on...
Apparently you can expect Hydee covered in custard, gateau sitting. baked bean wrestling, knicker and tights filling and more on Thursday's show - all fronted by Gilly in her PVC catsuit who doesn't even get messy (she is sooo disappointed!)! Seven others do though! Then the guy from the audience gets a good going over from our girlies!
No WAMPrincess Clare though, she backed out early on.
So if it's good it's all down to Gilly and Billy. And if it's rubbish, I'm sure you will be the first to tell us!

Well, it was short and very sweet but do bear in mind the Sunday repeat is 10 mins longer so I am guessing there will be more then.
Even so....Gilly was brilliant, Mouse will be delighted that she was on in still form (she wanted to come but was in Spain), and the other girls looked fab. Where else will you see cake sitting like that on terrestrial TV!??

Hi all !!
Ages since I've been on here, apart from the odd quick glance in lurking mode. (Too much going on, work-wise!) Hope everyone's fine and dandy.
I also caught the show tonight, having just spotted a trailer. I can't normally be bothered with GN as he's all a bit 'samey' - "let's take the piss out of some people for doing something".
However, this seemed like good stuff to me. I hope the panty and tights filling does get featured on Sunday night's show, though I didn't notice anyone wearing any tights to be filled. The cake sitting was very sensuously done - most impressive!
That has to be the best advert for Splosh mag ever - I hope people will do a search and find this site as a result!

Just watched it, having videoed it the night before... It came over pretty well, considering! Sploshing is the sort of kink that's always going to look bizarre to the unconverted and therefore ripe for easy laughs, but it seemed the audience ended up laughing with the sploshers rather than at them (and by assiciation, us!)
Gilly looked sensational in her PVC catsuit, although it was a shame she stayed clean. The splosh gun looked like it would be fun to play with... and lucky, lucky Craig from the audience who ended up being thoroughly messed up by the girls... I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing that was me!

Dare I say I was really pleased. The item could have been longer (of course) and more choreographed but perhaps Sunday's will be. I certainly can't complain about the number of times they mentioned Splosh! and sploshing!! Or their attitude to it. The audience (and much more importantly Alice Cooper) took it exactly the right way - it was funny and fun but not ridiculous. I want a frame grab of Alice Cooper reading my magazine!
And you won't get to see cake sitting like that too often on telly.
Actually, looking forward to the Sunday repeat!
A huge thank you to Gilly who arranged all the girls and did all the talking (a lot more than on the show last night) and did a fantastic job of holding it together.
I just wait for the the UMD-style moans now (I see one guy is already complaining about the beans!).

I am not a regular viewer of the show. I don't much care for Graham Norton; I find him pointless and a verbal bully [well, he's got the mike and the editing scissors, so it's always him sarcastically putting people down accompanied by canned laughter]
HOWEVER. Splosh for ever. Mr Shipton, you must be delighted; a bigger print-run of the next issue for sure.
The fabulous girls [could have been more dressed-for-mess though, the swimsuits were a cop-out], Gilly was very good indeed [pvc suits her almost as much as being sploshed], the gunge looked gorgeous. The young lady demonstrating 'cake-sitting' was a star, no, a super-star.
I will certainly video-tape the Sunday show if, as mentioned by others, there is an extra 10 minutes.
