At the moment if you attach pictures to posts on this forum you need to attach them in reverse order (the one you attach first will show up last and vice versa).
Should we keep it like this or make it so that the pictures show up in the order that they were added?

Actually thats why I'm asking
It's just a setting that can be changed in 2 secs so I was just wondering whether putting it the "right way around" would confuse people!
Or else I would have done it

Andy - thats something we'd have to change, its a sitewide thingymebob you wouldnt get the choice.
Julie - you've fallen into my cunning trap, I'm hoping this will turn into such a long thread that you'll have to post even more pictures

Yes, it would be easy to change so that the one you post first appears first. We haven't changed it before cos for a long time Hayley was the only one who could post pics and she was happy the way it was.
As for whether the cleanest pic appears first, that is entirely up to the order you upload them. The software has no way up 'putting in order of cleanliness'.

Huge, stonking, humongous vote here for appearance in order of posting. When I post pictures from a set, I try to choose not just the best pictures but also the ones that best bring across the flow and narrative of the session, and it's a right ballache having to remember to think backwards.
This is especially true for when I add comments/captions, which often follow on from one another to help tell the story. Writing a backwards script at the same time as uploading pictures is a lot of extra effort and I usually end up buggering it up.

Would changing the setting alter the order of pics already posted? Not that it would bother us but just wondering.
Kind regards, Spinynorman and Frilly
Still messing about after all these years!

Yeah it would if we just flipped the switch. I'm pretty sure I could sort out the old ones so they'd show up as intended if required (which I think would probably be best).
