Yup - although it doesn't allow you to select a favourite screen shot from anywhere in the clip - you have to use the screen shot available at youtube ... sometimes they're good/useful, other times not.

Unfortunately that's a common occurance on youtube. They even removed my favourite song from the early 70s, 'Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep', because some misery-guts complained.
