Hi again, Snake
I do have Firefox already on my computer. I was using it for a while, because someone in work told me it'sless susceptable to virus attacks and it's a faster browser.
In the end, I switched back to IE after a few months. I think - because I was more familiar and comfortable with IE ... and there were a few times Firefox failed to play a movie or displayed a favourite site slightly differently - so I decided to stick with what I know and feel more comfortable with. Plus - the latest version of IE looks much nicer and seems to work really well.
According to stats I saw, only about 8% of internet users are on Firefox - but I do here more and more people saying it's what we should be using.

I'm sorry Hayley but I have to put my two penneth in here to agree with Phantom. I installed Firefox and, despite it's unfamiliarity I stuck with it until it wouldn't let me into the GSH members area. YES, I had the correct username and password but there was no way it would let me in. Even after I had retreated to IE I found that some of my settings had altered so I had to use System Restore to get back to where I was before.
I don't care if it's a better system; if it won't let me go where I want to go then it's no use to me
