When I've had the hernia done (four to eight weeks time apparently), then I might be slightly slimmer (it's high up rather than lower down). I might even drop a dress size!!! And without having to eat bloody Special K for a fortnight!

Dont even start me of with dieting Sharon one of my friends went on the Atkins diet last year, ate nothing but sprouts, bloody house stunk!!!!!

i didnt think you could have sprouts on the atkins diet, thought it was mainly meat cheese and eggs, carb free stuff.

but then i never examined closely. I did lose 2 stone though.

lol i can never tell if you're being sarky or honest, but i know that for the first 2 weeks of the atkins diet you are to refrain from all but 15g of carbohydrate a day.

im sure you look lovely as it is and wouldnt need to go on a crash diet :)
