I'm keeping out of this one!
What I will say is that most models are understandably tempted by the idea of running their own site so they keep all the money rather than being paid a fee - or a share of the profits. However, quite often they give up when they find it is almost a full time job and running a site AND modelling/performing is a very difficult combination. Also from a punter's point of view, it does make it very expensive if he likes a number of different girls cos he can't afford to subscribe to all of their individual sites. However for the dedicated fan of a specific model, obviously it works well and is mutually beneficial.
Personally, our plan is to provide a wide range of material from lots of different models in a variety of styles on a pay-per-view basis (so you can pick what you want without being tied in). So long as the models who have individual sites are still prepared to do outside work for people like us, then there shouldn't be a problem.

Pretty much re-iterating what i said.... in a way. I'm not a businesswoman, im a performer/fetishist, so running my own site would be way too much work.

IME, i've seen many people in my previous company trying to sell pure content on a site, and it's very hard work, esp if there is an abundance of other content providers about. Collaboration is a really good way to go, so i think that sits me in Bill's camp.
Personally, It's nice to see the same models on different sites (though i'm only new at this) and it really feels like a tight-knit community, which is great. This also means i can pay only 1 or 2 subscriptions and see a good variety, I wouldn't be able to afford it if i had to subscribe to each models' own site.
I think and hope Clare will do great, given the fairly niche market, i wish her the best of luck.
Oh and if anybody wants/needs a web developer - let me know, i'd probably work for perks!

Blimey, Its like being on tomorrows world! Can some one bring me up to speed on the car that runs on tomato juice that we'll all be driving by 1979?
Anyway messy show down.... not aggressive at all (well not really, just pretend!) a kind of battle of the messy titans with me Dolly and Gilly maybe?!!!! of course in the end we'd all agree it was much more fun just writhing about and getting messy and naughty than having a fight! Sound like fun?
