Is anyone else imagining DD's monitor coated with assorted food and drink after DD has been on here while eating?

Blimey, Coco Pops...that is the food of celebs. I aspire to Coco Pops. Tea and toast is the best I can manage.

Talking of On the Buses. I've just had a Shipton moment getting very irate at a DVD catalogue describing On the Buses as the "adventures of bus drivers Stan and Jack...." Jack was a conductor, for God's sake. Do these people know nothing!!!

Only in 70s sitcoms and early British films!

Now, careful, you're gonna set the whole bus thing off again!

So do the buses run on time in Heaven then? Can't imagine they'd let Jack up there!
It wasn't that long ago that I'd punch someone in the face when they pissed me off; now I just delete them from Facebook - that'll show the mother-fuckers...

At the risk of getting all 'bussy', the best seat (for snogging and allied misbehaviour) depends on the type of bus. Upstairs has to be best but modern buses have stairs in the middle which means the front is good cos nobody can see when you...errr...duck down. The old ones with the stairs at the back were more of a problem. Where you snog on a bendybus I have no idea, and I have yet to go on a Birmingham, Manchester or Sheffield tram.

When I was a kid, we only had single decker buses in my town and the start of One Man Operation was brilliant. No nosy conductor to tell you to behave. Get yourself a double seat near the back and you were sorted. Only once did the driver stop and ask what we were up to. I would have told him but it's rude to talk with your mouth full!

PS The way this thread is going I should get a Clippy uniform for you guys.

If you get one, I will not buy a ticket, so you will have to make me pay some kind of nasty forefit, hopefully using lots of gunge.
