Well someone suggested
that when I took a shower after my workout
that I should stay dressed for it
So after a sweaty session I jumped in the shower
even still wearing my trainers!

Very nice indeed. Speaking as someone who's first sploshing experiences involved wearing tracksuits, shorts and PE-tops into the bath, there's not enough gunged and wet sportswear in the world!
