Blonde in a miniskirt in a big vat of chille
It really would be nice if someone could post some screen caps from all these youtube clips that get mentioned. A url followed by posts saying "Great clip" don't make fascinating reading!
Having said that, of course everyone is grateful for the tip-offs. Just wish they looked more interesting on the forum.

No offense Hayley but thats quite a lot of work when people could just read the brief description and just click on the link if theyre interested. If the first couple of frames dont grab you then just close the window.

Andy
(thinking about it, dont think I could do the chili bit either, Miss Helen might be up for it though, their have been baths of porridge before now!!)
Lets go for custard then thats always good all rounder, we could have Bill or myself doing a very stupid commentary!!!!!!!
Perhaps a separate 'youtube forum'? After all, youtube is fast becoming the number one source for free messy material, and it's inevitable there'll be lots of youtube links listed.
I myself don't have time to be taking screengrabs and posting them each time I share a link, but I've got no objection to anyone else adding screengrabs to a thread I've started.
Having said that, I don't think the current youtube threads are boring. I usually find them intriguing, because besides the brief description in the initial post, there's usually a few comments saying stuff like "I like the one in the red bikini", "shame the tall girl ducks out of the way", "love how she giggles at the end" etc etc ... which always makes me want to go check out the clip for myself.

without all the winks and sly jabs, i am thankful for the youtube links.
however, and im not asking anyone to go out of their way to do screen grabs...but some people are on bloody slow connections so the youtube links are something they cant properly enjoy. so screen grabs would be a nice addition if it wasnt so awkward to do. i didn't know that it was awkward.. but then thats me.
so i get both sides of what's happening.
i tend not to look at most of the clips, but some i do and they're quite nifty.

Andy - I'm a youtube addict too. I now watch it more than I watch TV. It's amazing some of the great stuff you find on there ... amateur movies, comedy, cartoons, funny adverts from the past, instructional stuff - and of course WAM.
DD - dial up connection folk can enjoy youtube clips the same as anyone else. Let me explain ... you just
1. Open the link in a new window
2. Hit pause on the movie as soon as it begins
3. Leave it to load while you carry on browsing the splosh forum in the original window
4. Look in on youtube a couple of minutes later and the clip should be buffered enough to watch without that annoying stopping-and-starting.
You can even have a bunch of youtube windows open at the same time, all paused and buffering while you get on with other things.
