Hi - Does anyone know whats happened to Carawam? I have a asession booked with them but they no longer reply to my e mails, thanks

I paid them money around six months ago to make a custom video, everything went quite and they stopped replying to my e-mails. However I contacted them via umd.net and everything go sorted out quickly.

Yes I did get my money back. I posted a message on UMD which basically explained that I had paid cash up front for a custom video, not received anything and that they had stopped replying to my e-mails. We then exchanged pm's and I got a refund within a week. I then posted a message on UMD explaining that everything had been sorted to my satisfaction. While this was going on somebody else on UMD contacted me saying that they had also paid for a custom video and not received anything so your certainly no alone.

If you send me a pm I can give you the name, address, e-mail and tel number of the person behind carwam.
