SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Lost connection to MySQL server at 'sending authentication information', system error: 32 [2013]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists

Keep getting this come when i am either logging in or when i try to post/load pics.............any ideas?????????????

As I said on Chantelle's post, it was running very slow for a couple of days (which is when these error messages tend to occur) but okay today.
