How do you put a picture on a post.

Can someone explain to me in easy-to-understand words how I go about putting a picture on a post, if the picture I want to use is on my personal computer and not on a website or anything, as I can't figure it out. (I'm not very good with computers or technical stuff).

On the post reply screen there should be below the text box and it should have two buttons (Options and Upload Attachment) I hope that helps.

Yes, simply press Upload Attachment, choose the picture from your computer, press Add and then Submit.
