Why won't the new free video run on my computer?
the one that's free from bill coz it's his birthday

it's got windows media player a well as quick time
what should i be doing

it's a good lap top
windows xp
and runs everything else fine

You might have to be a little bit more specific. Did you download the film and then try and play it or were you just streaming it from the site?

How does it not work? Do you get any sound or video or any error messages?

I am trying to stream it - does that mean play it straight off the link?

It appears to open in windows media player and i get the opening credit/title appear and then it goes no further and a 'done' sign appears at the foot of the media player
No sound and no error message appears.

How do i download it and then play it?
would that be better?
