Double posts

Just a thought; when I submit a post, I often get the message "internet explorer cannot.........", if I refresh the page and resubmit, it comes as a double post. If I ignore the "please refresh............. message and rejoin the forum from my bookmarks list I see that the message has been posted as normal. This prevents double posts.

By the way, (oh no, it's not really 'him'!) if you get a double post, why not delete one of them immediately, it would be much better for everyone else.
